okay man we're here today with Yousef Anthony from hiel what's up
0:08
guys we met at at lunch just now we were just having some amazing conversations about different things and uh you had
0:15
mentioned that you might you wanted to kind of get your message out so we figured hey well we got a platform okay
0:20
and we had some amazing conversations so we thought we' just invite you back and and here here expand more on what you had to say look I have great respect
0:27
just meeting you guys for the type of things that you have in you're introducing into the space mhm the name
0:36
is a mind blower hive mind because it represents a
0:41
pure form of community life mhm that's what it appealed that's said hive mind I
0:46
kept looking at the term but I couldn't I say hive mind hive mind I said Hive that's
0:53
Community mm mind is what you use to develop
0:58
things said you know what these guys are on to something I think so too man we
1:06
appreciate you sitting down with us and just hanging out and exchanging but yeah that was kind of the premise for what we founded is uh we want everybody in the
1:13
community to be able to participate in in the upside right but we're all we're all putting in the work on our own uh
1:19
for a common greater good yeah so that was kind of the name behind it yeah beautiful name man love that name thank
1:26
you very much yeah love that name so yeah we we had talked uh we we're sitting at lunch and we were just
1:31
talking about some different I guess like maybe philosophies that you had on life so we wanted to see if we can kind of go into some of that we thought that
1:37
was amazing and then you know meeting a perfect stranger to have such a great outlook on life and I think it very
1:42
similar matches what kind of what we had in stored for our community so it's pretty cool that when we met you like
1:48
you know we got to get the plug to Dr goldhammer yeah and True North Health
1:53
Center that brought us all together such an amazing place to be man the people here are so amazing the people are here
2:00
like us have been super nice super amazing everybody's going through their Journey yeah praise be to God man great
2:06
great spirit great energy yeah if you guys are in any kind of health problems or if you yourself has a health problem
2:12
you should Che definitely check out Dr gold Hammer's true Nord Center in Santa Rosa it's it's been amazing one of the
2:18
best weeks of my life yeah and you've been here for a little bit longer than me how long you been well what I I praise be to God I completed a 30-day
Yousef's Journey and the Power of Fasting.)
2:25
fast water fast water fast supervised water look man supervised water fast
2:32
what brought me here was prostate cancer mhm you got a diagnosis and then you immediately booked it or did you did you
2:38
research for a while or I researched for a while first of all I had to get over the shock MH because I always thought
2:45
that I was living clean mhm clean enough however I did see my PSA
2:51
Spike and I kind of I didn't ignore it kept my eye on it but thought I could
2:57
handle it my way but really did not have enough experience before I got here I did a 13-day water fast juice fast then
3:07
um I got in trouble I felt like I was getting in trouble but I think what saved me was Ramadan came where you fast
3:14
in a different way but I knew I couldn't fast all day on water only take water
3:21
and then water I couldn't do that so I made up my mind that after Ramadan I was
3:28
going to uh book 45 days at True North Health
3:33
Center to have my situation supervised and then see what the results were going
3:39
to be cuz I didn't like the first results after the initial fast but I found out here is that you should not
3:48
get a PSA right after you fast because the PSA um the fasting will Spike it's
3:56
going to shock it initially yeah right and Spike up the P the the numbers on the PSA yeah man very wise of you to to
4:03
just stop everything that you're doing and come over here and say hey we got this problem let me make this the for the Forefront of what I'm going to do
4:10
right let's take care of this first before everything else right so I think a lot of people they know they're in trouble and they don't even care like
4:17
they they keep pushing it down and kicking it down the road I learned over
4:23
time oh the subconscious this is what happens when you deny
4:31
the subconscious operates in a way that whatever you deny
4:36
whatever you avoid whatever you choose to delay that you know is
4:42
important the subconscious makes it bigger it magnifies its
The Subconscious Mind and Self-Healing.)
4:50
intensity it magnifies the messages it magnifies the energy it magnifies makes
4:58
bigger exaggerates the problem you can look it up online so what happens is by not
5:07
addressing this situation as a problem now whatever was going on before you
5:13
just added more toxic energy to the
5:19
space now we talked about
5:24
Emoto the idea is remember the the experiment was done by Emoto yep the
5:30
waters are turned into crystals beautiful crystals and the other ones turn into she is yet looks ugly yeah
5:36
right looking ugly sound travels through water 42
5:46
times faster than it travels through air mhm where 70%
5:51
water those thoughts are running through us all day and all thoughts have ch
5:59
chemical components chem cause a chemical reaction speech causes chemical
6:04
reaction what you hear may cause a chemical reaction so now you have additional toxic energy thoughts
6:12
traveling through your mind well you might say well how fast the subconscious
6:19
communicates at I think lipon says about 40 million or 40 billion bits per second
6:26
damn at 100,000 m per hour consciously you communicate about
6:34
2500 uh bits per second at 150 M an hour
6:40
so let me ask you something can you see anything coming at you at 100,000 M an hour it's already by the time you even
6:47
realize it's there it's gone that's the thought process that's the subconscious so what you're actually doing is you
6:54
don't know how much you are multiplying amplifying the negative energy
7:00
by turning away from it instead of turning towards it the brave person dies once the coward
7:09
dies a thousand times I didn't want that for my life M cuz I believe over time
7:15
all I wanted was living an ability to live powerful in my personal space and I
7:21
think everyone should have that opportunity so that's one reason that I came to True North Health cand that's
7:28
powerful man praise God man yeah we just conduits and I'm just communicating with
7:33
you um how my thinking process operates because science will save lives the more
7:39
science you know the more ammunition you got the more ammunition you got the more solutions tools or information you got
7:46
the more of that you have the more certainty you have the less doubt you have the less uncertainty you have the
7:53
less uncertainty the less anxiety the less anxiety the more peace more Health
8:00
in general right I love it dude yeah man so man I'm delighted man that you guys
8:06
man do what you do hi mind I like that yeah it kind of gives everybody a platform uh we we find people like
8:12
yourself that we want to talk to and it's a real estate podcast but it's also like we like talking about health mental
8:18
health that kind of the entrepreneurs have to face so yeah I just knew this would be a good conversation for us to
8:23
have you know based on all the wisdom that you were sharing with us I'm like man God we should we should capture this somewhere and share it with our friends
8:29
delighted man I you know at least if you guys ain't jacking me I thought you guys was jacking me you know so man three
8:35
three guys man bigger than you know you guys like yo know lifting transmissions and all that kind of stuff I said man I
8:40
hope these guys don't bringing in here they can hurt me man I got a couple moves up here left you know what I
8:47
mean man yeah yeah man oh super cool man to meet people like yourself and share these experiences man but to have these
8:54
platforms you know so thank you Dr goldhammer thank you to you for sharing with us well thank you guys cuz you
9:00
could have ignored me and kept on moving no we always look for beautiful conversations man with strangers you
9:06
just never know who you're going to meet man so yeah praise be to God glad we got a chance to meet you and chat with you and hopefully this is the start of your
9:13
your podcasting Journey yeah um sooner or later I'll have a podcast up you guys
9:20
came up with such a great title man I'm saying like look I need I might need to come up with something better than what
9:25
I got man high mind man that's beautiful name man thank you very much man no I
9:31
think we can help you get started you know Dan you can show you all the basic softwares that you need all you need is like pretty much a ring light so you
9:36
just need good lighting right uh a little cheap tripod yeah that's it DJI
9:42
got it hooked up Jack there you go yeah and then you just get maybe you know whoever's on the other end of that
9:47
recording session you just interview with them and that's it it's very simple man very simple game you can do it from your home yeah so maybe we help you get
9:55
help you get fired up get your message out praise be to God I really appreciate you guys amen dude thanks for coming God
10:00
bless you thank you so much thanks for watching guys like share subscribe if you like this content like this let us know what you like to see more of so
10:07
we're here with part two with Yousef oh you still recording we're recording right now oh okay yeah all right well
10:13
you big guy let me give you a little space man all right we good so let's talk
10:19
about bees I want to talk I have a couple questions for you CU I'm the I'm the podcaster side he's the health side
10:25
oh okay what you did I like what you did though that's cool cool so I want I want uh you said
10:32
something about uh bees earlier that I really want to highlight and I I think it was such profound about human nature
10:40
so I don't know if you want to talk about that you look absolutely when I saw Hive mine mhm I say hi bees it made
10:48
me think of some information that I got from one of a religious leader okay who explain that the term shorter or the
10:58
term yeah shorter means consensus we use it as consensus and the Mazda as he described
11:07
means that this word appeared someplace first and then was used in Arabic
11:13
language to describe a process okay so that process that he described was the
11:20
activity of the bees okay so the consensus or senses
11:26
represented to the word shorter first appeared in the nature regarding bees
11:36
and the activity of bees and the idea was this bees go out and pollinate yeah
11:42
they collect bring back to the hive and when all of the bees are
11:47
finished bringing their pollen or whatever Back To The Hive they process it and produce honey yeah so all the
11:56
bees have input yeah to the final product the honey so he was saying that if all of
12:03
the people have their have an opportunity
12:10
to collectively contribute to the common space like the
12:16
bees then that too can produce something sweet like honey it's a collaborative e
Community, Collaboration, and Healing Spaces.)
12:25
effort um there was a quote I heard here is that bees have the ability to communicate and collaborate with
12:31
Millions M nice I saw a a you uh a YouTube a Tik
12:38
Tok video or YouTube video the other day M they talk about a haulk coming into the far space mhm he comes in so low so
12:48
quick diving in between branches mhm there's one Bird that's always on the
12:53
lookout one particular bird he sounds the alarm the squirrel recognizes it the
12:59
other birds recognize it and before the haulk can get past a certain spot all of
13:07
the animals now know from communicating from this one bird that this Hawk who's
13:13
coming in and like what 15 200 mil an hour is coming in to get something and
13:20
take it back home and they scatter before the heart gets there so there are
13:27
things that are communicating ways that are communicating that are fascinating but they form Community even
13:35
though it's a squirrel uh um another bird uh raccoon or something else
13:42
they're all communicating from these sounds that they've recognize because they've done this so many times so
13:49
yeah there's nothing like community space so I I I like this community space
13:54
topic because you're talking about how in the olden times we were more uh
13:59
dependent on others in our in our in our surroundings so you said there was like a healing space it was healing space and
14:06
that my friend is something that we need more of healing space we need more
14:12
healing spaces because everyone's individual Destiny needs to be respected
14:18
it's best respected and it's best represented in community life so two or more people form
14:26
Community mhm and and if everyone voice is heard then there's no voice that's
14:36
unheard that's crying out for help that is not responded to I I I have the philosophy that I have
14:44
the and this is part of probably conversation is that everybody has the ability to teach me something yes and
14:49
it's up to you as human being to be perceptive of that education to listen
14:54
to whatever you can learn from the individual because everybody has a voice and an ability to educate yes absolutely
15:02
we all have yes cuz all of us have a lens tilted in a certain way yeah
15:10
perspective it gives us a different perspective so all the perspectives need to be
15:15
respected so that we can come to the common answer that may address everybody's needs yes I agree with that
15:23
so it's a commu communal perspective that brings new
15:29
information because I don't have all you said nobody has all the pieces no nobody has all the pieces but when people piece
15:35
themselves together it creates unity and Community which creates honey creates
15:40
honey it creates the honey that's the whole idea of shter if everyone's
15:46
individual Destiny is respected you got honey you got honey you got something sweet man and if
15:54
we can shut out the noise and accept each other as one human life one human
16:03
human and that everyone is in a Sacred Space my space is no more sacred than
16:09
yours M yours is no more sacred than the other person because we each have a
16:15
touch of the spirit as I understand it from all the religions yeah path from
16:21
from the Breath of God so everyone's space is sacred and needs to be
16:27
respected I think that's Community that's the right community life to have in your
16:33
opinion H how do you build a community change the language change the language okay so you
16:40
had a great quote from Mike Tyson no it was Bruce Lee Bruce Lee Bruce Lee okay
16:45
so I was this Bruce Lee said do not speak negatively about
16:52
yourself not even as a joke because words have energy
16:59
yeah and cast spells no let me back up do not speak
17:07
negatively about yourself not even as a joke because the body doesn't know the
17:12
difference words have energy that's why they call and they uh and they cast spells
17:21
that's why they call it spelling change the way you speak about your life and you can change your
17:29
change the way you speak about yourself you can change your life what you don't change you choose
17:37
now I can mess that all up go Google it uh yeah yeah go Google it folks cuz it's
17:42
it's in there you know the thing that got me was don't speak negative because
17:48
your body doesn't know the difference people believe that words are only affecting their minds yeah and not
17:54
understanding whether you believe mind body or not everything you think the energy is going through your body yeah
18:00
so if your body is water and you hear it you know it's going 4.3 times faster
18:06
than it does to air but at the same time the the subconscious is communicating at 100,000 miles an hour just beating just
18:14
you know helping to pulsate whatever it is that you're thinking about yeah so you are what you're thinking about and
18:20
so you got negative stuff going around then you can't do anything but feel negative but
18:28
not just here it's your whole body your body is not going to respond in a certain way it's not going to heal in a certain way it's not going to respond to
18:35
the environment in a certain way all because you got this negative stuff that you have trouble getting rid of so
18:43
there's uh me and Anthony have this quote that we we do in our environments that I think you're excellent you embody
18:50
this this this quote and that is me and Anthony like manufacturing Happ
18:55
happiness in our surroundings so we we as an individual have the ability to we
19:01
don't know what other people's environments are currently or what their day is or what their life is currently but we have the ability to create a
19:08
ripple in their life to create happiness and manufacture happiness us as an individual through our environment and
19:14
through our surroundings the Buddha said one of the Buddhist said this there is no path to
19:20
happiness mhm because happiness is the path I cannot remember the last time I
19:27
got up sad yeah I can't remember yeah one of the prophets said this prayer
19:35
lightens the heart and charity as a proof of faith and abstinence from sin is perfect
19:41
Splendor the scriptures are for you if you do good is against you if you do wrong and every man starts out his mour
19:49
either heading towards his redemption or his ruin so like I said I cannot
19:55
remember the last time I got upside yeah I I can I can remember the last day I
20:00
got sad but it's it's very rare for me it's very rare and my I'm very
20:08
optimistic yes I have optimistic personality and my wife is pessimistic
20:13
so she balance balances me out but I think you need a balance of the things
20:18
because optic optimistic people are always in the clouds and think all think the best of people and think the best of
20:24
their surroundings but there's a you need sometimes sometimes to be brought to reality in your own little way cuz
20:30
not everybody um understands even the optimistic and pessimistic side they just there they're the beauty of a
20:37
woman's brain is that men a right brain women a
20:43
left brain MH but science says women have access to both sides better than
20:52
men MH we see things far off because we got to bring back the cowo you know hit
20:59
him with a arrow track him down with the spear or hit him with a nine whatever
21:05
you going to do to get him back but the woman the prophet peie B one of the
21:11
prophets said this he said of all the treasures that a man can
21:17
have anywhere there's nothing more valuable than a righteous woman that's
21:24
one thing somebody else said oh prophet who should I
21:30
honor he said your mother he said who should I honor after that he said your
21:37
mother well who should I honor after that he say Your mother then your
21:43
father so that kind of thing makes me back up a little bit when you talk
21:50
about women I think they got a little more sacred thing going on than we do yeah I
21:56
think they got a little more protection because we come through them to get here
22:03
and then on top of that the first four to six weeks of gestation we are all
22:09
female MH that you know I tell guys that in the
22:14
joint female you're all female that's why you got breast brother they look at
22:20
they give you that look cuz I have worked in the prison before too so I got big respect for not fully understanding
22:30
women you're not going to find the answers on women on Google no man you can't Google that one man somebody wrote
22:37
a book right how to understand women the bottom of the book here the top of the
22:42
page was it and he like he's on the top of the page trying to get through the no we a going I've seen a similar book and
22:48
it says how to understand women it's just blank pages yeah okay the same thing man say you got you got to
22:54
appreciate them yeah um how how do you find balance in Life currently
23:03
oo I do my best to be authentic I hate the word but that's the only way I can come up with yeah and to be authentic
23:10
means that you have to be transparent mhm and to be transparent means you have to live without
23:16
shame so I do my best to live without
23:22
shame um I've forgiven myself for a lot that I have
23:30
done we all have done something yeah
23:36
absolutely from every day forward I ask myself what
23:41
is it that I have to monitor improve inventory get rid of or
23:46
include so I spend my morning first pray always pray because we pray five times a
23:54
day and then whatever I'm praying about I'mma live it the rest of the day so
24:01
that I can get the reward on the other side I don't know how it's going to come but when I'm sure and certain about
24:08
because of my age it always comes the mercy always
24:14
comes but it doesn't come without working mhm I talk to my nervous
24:22
system about everything first and I learn this over time you
24:27
talk to your nervous system you tell yourself what you're going to do if it's a change of any type you know
24:34
you're going to get a protest from your subconscious yeah you already know that yeah so my position with my subconscious
24:41
is that you going to have to shut up while I get this thing done let's go so sometimes Kicking and
24:50
Screaming I take myself where I'm going because I'm looking at the vision that I have for myself what I suggest you know
24:58
even to your viewers whatever Vision you have allow the vision to pull you
25:06
towards what it is that you think you see so I wake up every morning with that
25:11
I got an idea of who the type of man that I want to be the type of things
25:17
that I want to do the the things that will bring me greater Joys M of things
25:23
that bring me greater certainty the type of language that I want to be known known for and the type
25:30
of contributions I'm looking at all of these things that are ping me MH so you
25:36
don't know where the mercy is going to come from you don't know where the help is going to come from so you have to
25:41
believe in the vision knowing that this it you don't know how it's going to come
25:46
but you know if you keep working you have a uh high probability
25:52
that it will materialize at some particular time it's like a manif a how
25:58
do you manifest how do you manifest your destiny is you work towards that path and manifest manifestation and Destiny
26:04
intersect and you're there yeah I never knew I was going to meet you guys today yeah I never knew I was going to be on a
26:11
podcast today so I'm thinking I say you know like these guys man you know look
26:16
like they bench pressing Buicks and cin Transmissions man get me up in here man you know like what's up what deal you
26:22
know but anyway the conversation your smiles your energy radiates yeah so said
26:28
you know what you'll be all right I I think I can you know you'll be all right
26:34
you you've been around long enough you can handle yourself oh well I'd be all right cuz you know as
26:41
weak as I am I dive through a window if I got to you know whatever case is is is there something is there something you
26:47
want to do that you haven't done oh a lot man oh what eventually I want to
26:52
develop my own podcast but a community space a community Wellness space online
26:59
mhm with some of these things that I've learned in mental health behavior health and drug and
27:05
alcohol and my interest is human restoration that's my interest and human
27:12
restoration covers so many categories cuz I believe that we are a
27:17
constellation of systems working as one mhm and what I would hope to do is
27:24
create manifest tools information or and solutions for a myriad of certain types
27:31
of problems that people had difficulty solving because I'm a scientist I'm a nerdy guy I'm a scientist I love science
27:40
you hear that I love science I love it because science tells you to how the
27:45
when and allows you like an engineer to take things apart even thought yeah you
27:51
know and if you can take it apart and look at it and understand the pieces then you can put it back together the
27:57
way you need need to to make it work for you so I that's one thing that I hope to do the other thing
28:04
is get a large enough space to grow my own food because I see where things
28:11
excuse me things ahead it I don't like it
28:16
so nobody's ever more involved in your life than you so I can't wait for
28:22
somebody else to make it so the way that I want yeah so yeah they're things I want to do you have to take action first
28:30
you have to take action Faith requires action no action no
28:36
faith I keeping it simple man you know no action no faith you just meet
28:44
flapping that's it I just thought I thought of a good question for you you're were talking about alcohol earlier how it's a poison to the body
28:51
let's talk about alcohol and alcohol addic cuz I think a lot of people struggle with that and me personally I
28:57
try and avoid drug and alcohol use any anyway any case but let's talk about
29:02
alcohol and defects and how to in your opinion deal with it I'm embarrassed to
29:08
talk about how it's been dealt with because I'm also a therapist
29:15
mhm after you have been to so many places the people I've been would been to 5 to 12 different facilities before
29:24
they've gotten to meet mhm they might have been in treatment for for 10 to 50
29:29
years M you still have to look at the language you have to look at
29:36
language there's a certain type of language in the culture that you have to
29:41
have a new understanding about because alcohol or no
Final Thoughts: Cultivation and Living with Purpose.)
29:48
intoxication the freedom towards intoxication the Mart the inclusion is all weaved into
29:56
the fabric of America yeah so intoxication is one of the values you go
30:02
to a party the first thing somebody's going to ask is like well what's going what you do drink you go to a sporting
30:09
event they selling Liquors so you go to the doctor he wants to give
30:16
you a pharmaceutical but don't tell you about the 25 he give you the 15 side effects but don't tell you about the
30:22
other 25 yeah so this thing about drugs drug use to solve problem problems it's
30:29
not cool not good so depends on how long the person has
30:34
been in as a substance abuser yeah first thing I asked about changing the language if they call themselves an
30:41
addict say stop that why for the previous things that I talked about earlier words have power energy cause
30:49
chemicals doesn't matter what the word is if you use it there's a chemical response there's a chemical activity
30:55
that's taking place in the body M so I start with language first we got to change the language that you're using to
31:01
describe yourself the language that you using to describe life got to change the
31:07
language first so I normally work from a dry erase board and I start helping the
31:13
person map out the history and relationship to the language that they're using the experiences that they
31:19
have and then we take it apart piece by piece until they feel comfortable about
31:27
a approaching or becoming willing to just look at the space to start doing
31:33
something because if you're not willing then you never start the other thing I'm
31:38
taking the shame off of them immediately how do you do that it ain't all your
31:43
fault how can you be in an environment that is saturated with
31:49
toxicity that's pushing alcohol drugs at you and then not also blame the culture
31:57
yeah can't do that these guys take on the idea and when you call someone an
32:03
addict you're saying there's something wrong with this human life
32:10
there's nothing wrong with human life there's only something that human
32:16
life has got involved in but the human life is still there that's ignored gab
32:23
Gabor mate very respected individual in the treatment space he
32:29
said addiction is just a response to suffering did not enough of us in the
32:36
treatment space that deals with the suffering to help the people understand how not to suffer as much there's always
32:44
something that you can do the other thing too is they've learned how to get past your conscious mind subliminal they
32:52
gotten past your subconscious mind subliminal and now they shoot
32:58
pass them two to get to your neurotransmitters dopamine
33:05
M so I show them through science how the process is actually
33:12
working it ain't working like you hear it in the culture it's working through a
33:18
series of strategic scientific principles that you have to understand that they
33:24
used that you don't know they're using yeah yeah you you you don't even perceive it as manipulation no if you
33:32
can't recognize it that's right the first thing they do is take your awareness the second thing they do is
33:39
make you feel safe if a person feels safe how does he
33:45
feel safe with a hive they use Community they use
33:50
Community they had enough people drinking enough people smoking enough
33:55
people using two or more people create community and before you know
34:00
it someone is going to offer somebody else that as a
34:06
solution and the person says well you know these guys seem like they all right sometimes because if you are not right
34:14
anytime sometime it's okay it's not you
34:20
know so in my office I create an environment my own environment when you
34:26
close the door nothing from the world is in me nothing I got about 30 different quotes all over
34:33
my wall speaking to you and letting you
34:39
know the answer is not out here you are the answer that you've been looking for
34:45
everybody's surprised to hear that and then I go to explain how you always have value and you always
34:53
will yep and I go and explain that everyone has value everyone has value
34:59
everyone has value that's very important part so it's fundamental that I start there and because I use a dry erase
35:05
board and they can see it and take pictures and they participate they know
35:10
it ain't all me I think I think uh a lot of people they have this internal speak where they
35:16
devalue themselves where they think that there's no Solutions and I think it was part of depression and it affects the
35:22
human affects your human core and it comes outwardly because it's it's an
35:28
internal internalized but it outwardly comes out you hit it right on the head man it's called learned helplessness
35:35
when you look up the term helplessness you'll see a few different things when
35:40
you look at helpless regarding people they normally say learned helplessness
35:47
so you have to learn it so what do you mean you got to learn it look at a baby the baby will get to a point see
35:54
you walk he'll try 20 times sit down boom get up sit down boom get baby don't
36:01
quit until the baby starts walking yep so it's not natural for a human to learn
36:09
to be helpless because we have the drive there were we are born with an internal drive
36:17
to do better to be better and to be C and to cultivate proof of that is our parents
36:24
our dads gave up 40 million sperms at one shot bam one got there which one the strongest
36:32
yeah the one that struggled against all the rest so life is struggle life is
36:40
combat so the idea is how do you put yourself in your personal Sacred Space
36:47
so that you're powerful at all times you originated from Power yes and
36:56
if you understand that you can recover and restore see that recovery thing I
37:01
don't like either recovery to what what you going to recover if you start getting high at
37:07
8 you want to go back to seven you know because from 8 to 60 you was using so
37:13
what you going to recover you want to recover your babyhood well let me tell you something about that intoxication
37:20
ideation two and three years old the child is in your lap you got Millers
37:26
he's only three years old two or three and you go up what does the child do the child reaches yeah why the child wants
37:34
to do what the par is doing yeah and we say well they don't know what we doing I
37:39
heard of a grandmother getting on a grandson getting on her son because the
37:45
grandson said oh yeah Mama daddy smokes cigarettes let me show
37:50
you how you do it they know how rolling joint he wasn't smoking cigarettes he
37:56
was smoking yeah and then when her son got there she
38:02
had to tell him look you better watch what you doing in front of him you're you're you're creating that environment
38:07
in his mind and he thinks it's already at three yeah because children want to be just as happy as you so they see that
38:15
after you drinking whatever is in the can they don't know what's in the can they don't know what's in the bottle but whatever's in there boy making my
38:21
parents happy let your whatever right the
38:26
ideation starts there I I had a this is so funny cuz I we we drink soda occasionally and
38:34
Kool-Aid and stuff like that where we kind of indulge but the kids like oh I want some of that like I want some of
38:40
that yes and we're like water only yes that's difficult yeah but the first
38:47
chance they get trust me then then you hear about kids like sneaking sneaking the the soda or even
38:54
alcohol or the alcohol too right the alcohol too yeah yeah very interesting so we have to be
39:01
more aware and more Mindful and if we all do it the things
39:06
that I'm talking about can get us hurt you know that yeah absolutely because you talking about coin man serious paper
39:15
serious paper you know unbelievable they spend Millions to put you to
39:20
sleep and now one podcast or two you going to wake them
39:25
up guys one them guys be jumping out of helicopters man you know I mean shoot
39:31
guys coming upside down down the wall and all that kind of stuff you know you see all that stuff on TV man whatever I
39:37
ain't ready to die yet man so I ain't saying nothing though corporate corporate greed
39:42
corporate greed so we talk about in in your in your therapy sessions you create
39:47
uh selfawareness and then you provide self space and other what what tools are
39:54
you giving them to take action depends on where they are okay everyone
40:00
is different and everyone has a different kind of need some people need
40:05
housing I don't interfere with that some people need uh trauma stuff talk to
40:12
about that people that have different needs that get them to I'm willing but what you want to do is get
40:20
them enough science I you know you get homework from me yeah you know get print
40:25
outs get this and that but you also have your board you take a picture of it and you got to look at it and discuss it
40:30
with yourself you need to have conversations with yourself in the quiet meditation you can call it
40:37
meditation but it needs to be in the chir they call it mindfulness they call it medic cognition but you need to think
40:43
about your thinking thinking about your thinking so that you
40:50
can begin to control what you think so that you can control what you do because
40:57
if you can't control what you think you can't control what you do
41:03
ooh so you have to be in a position to tell yourself how to think some guy told
41:09
me man that's impossible for you yeah for me no I make it a practice I don't
41:15
watch TV I don't listen to the radio so I don't have random thoughts I tell myself
41:21
what to think yeah you're inspired by you're you're inspir
41:27
praise be to God I tell myself what to think so my if my pieace is upset it's because I allow something through the
41:36
gate uh L said this L said watch your thoughts because your
41:44
thoughts become words watch your words because your words become actions watch
41:51
your actions because your actions become habits watch your habits because your
41:57
habits become character and watch your character because it determines your
42:04
destiny that's a common one L S I think that's a guy's name yeah because you
42:10
have to be the Gat keeper to your thoughts I don't allow myself random
42:17
thinking but that's a practice Yeah you know and it's for me now it's a
42:22
lifestyle yeah so these things I'm sharing I developed it over years wisdom
42:31
yes eventually this is the formula I give it
42:38
away you have a problem you research the
42:43
problem by researching the problem you come up with a solution the solution
42:48
then you got to determine qu your subconscious mind so that you can begin to practice that with your subconscious
42:56
kicking and screaming every day about we ain't doing that [ __ ] yet okay once you
43:04
practice it enough you practice until you're comfortable making it a habit once you make it a habit now you
43:11
know that the solution that you came up with with the information that was based on the solution works so you know it
43:18
works cuz you're practicing it and you're starting to get results so now you make it a habit but you don't stop
43:24
there can I improve it even though it's a have it yes continue to study it until it you
43:32
master it right once you master it add more
43:37
time once you add more time to master it you make it a lifestyle once it become a lifestyle you
43:44
don't have to think about what it is so much because you're telling yourself
43:49
you're controlling your thoughts lifestyle plus time
43:55
wisdom so now you can apply to anything anything because all learning is done by
44:01
repetition absolutely trauma or repetition either or now in my PR
44:07
experiences it was trauma I was too light to fight and too thin to win and I was like most of the time looking see if
44:16
peanut or somebody was coming out to take my money man so you learn that stuff over
44:22
time I don't regret none of it because it built who I am today and I'm uh I
44:28
finally met someone that I like and that's the other thing if you do the
44:34
work you're going to meet somebody that you like now some people are fortunate
44:39
to always have done the work yeah and respect how they've been evolving the
44:45
whole time MH that was not my case I had to resolve some traumas and some other
44:50
things and then I finally met someone that I liked so for 35 first 35 I didn't
44:57
like myself you know a lot of
45:02
stuff you know painful stuff yeah but I'm not I don't experience none of it
45:09
today so praise be to God for that so did I explain it well yeah yeah it's a
45:15
it's self- inspiration and you have to come up with the own decision to correct and create your own future ahead of you
45:22
um I did get on my knees trust me and told God I water I'm don't know what I'm
45:27
doing first thing I heard was yeah I know you know so yeah I you know I
45:35
didn't know um and so I had to submit I had to stop driving the
45:41
bus yeah stopped running over everything in sight banging it up and I didn't have
45:48
much more bang left the fenders was hanging on the
45:53
motor mounts was broken I was a broken person at the time on
45:59
welfare depress anxiety panic attacks hallucination the whole bit didn't want
46:05
to go to the state hospital man CU I know what they were going to do I trust them doctors like that I was smart man
46:11
shoot I wasn't going to get them guys the opportunity man to shoot me up and I wind up with the thorine shuffle and all
46:17
that you know dribbling the whatever it wasn't interested nothing like that so I
46:23
turned back to my uh my Creator the higher power and and I turned back to
46:29
myself also to say look nobody's going to do this stuff outside of you man you
46:34
have to do it you are going to have to do this you have you have to do and change yourself to create a better
46:40
future and there's no one to blame for your current situation but you and yourself yeah you're absolutely right
46:46
you're absolutely right so you have to learn how to trust
46:51
again and you have to learn how to forgive again forgiveness forgiveness is
46:56
important you have to forgive yourself for where you've been if you don't like
47:01
it I think I think the introspection is that the your life
47:08
experiences and your choices that have led you to today yes yes the pain good
47:14
or bad all of it good or bad all of it all of it and I have no
47:20
regrets I have no regrets because any decision you make has the potential for
47:25
regret anyway yeah so if you regret you still made the best decision at that particular time with the information
47:32
that you had even if you didn't get the results you know that you tried your
47:37
best that's it I don't believe in fake it to make it I don't believe that because faking to make it means this to
47:45
me you still a fake I didn't want that um one of the doctors here he says
47:52
don't fake it till you make it do it till you're through it I liked it I like
47:57
that do it to you True North True North Health Center y'all if you got some ailments come on down because it's a
48:04
beautiful healing space that's just what it is that's what brought us together
48:09
healing space yeah um I was very unsure of healing space I feel like I'm uh I'm
48:17
young and bulletproof you know how do I anyway 32 oh okay well you still look
48:22
good though yeah I'm I'm young and bulletproof but um I i' I've had
48:29
self-reflection that I know I can do and change things make things better and I'm young enough to change that trajectory
48:35
MH and the self-reflection that kind of led me here so I'm glad I'm here yes cuz
48:42
it shows you you you want to do better and and choose to do better you know that's where it starts this yeah
48:48
internal choice we all learn by repetition mhm
48:54
but you also learn by Crea certain welding points mhm and the more
49:01
welding points the stronger the structure is going to be to get to where you got to go for me this is kind of
49:07
like a well I'm putting a couple Wells yeah I mean steel s something to um
49:14
understand that I can use as a pivot point yep you know my space is different today than it was before I got here
49:22
absolutely vertical and horizontal spiritually emot for I'm in a different
49:27
space I can feel it that's good this is the first opportunity I've ever had to speak to so many nice people strangers M
49:36
you know what I mean like strangers man on the same oscillating wavelength M who
49:41
does that True North Health Center community community yes community
49:49
and Community will do that anywhere that's a beautiful thing man when you think about it community yeah I tell you
49:57
man that name y'all came up with Hive M oh man that's a mind blower that really is man that's a great
50:03
name man I'm like man how come I couldn't come up with something like that great
50:09
name you know it's all about Community it's all about who came up with that
50:14
Anthony that's a great name man just I just can't get over that name
50:21
that's a beautiful name man high man cuz it represents so much good
50:28
so much good man bees are like a great representation of community
50:36
man I like the honey analogy it's it's such a good it's such a good theory and I think um uh even us ourselves we're
50:43
trying to build our own Community to create our own honey and that's that's the all in all goal is that there's when
50:50
we collaborate Honey's created and there's enough to go around yeah yeah yeah I mean you know you showed me
50:56
pictures of your a beautiful family man let me tell you something man the most powerful guys I know all of a family man
51:04
every last one of them MH I got a friend 44 years we've been friends shoot man he's a model I mean sometime I say man I
51:12
wish I was like you [Music] man I
51:18
mean some men know how to get it done right and ain't like he don't have
51:24
complaints but man family you learn we learn and relearn so much
51:31
having family man guys man that like I wrote a
51:36
book did you really oh yes I did man called the aborted male okay the aborted
51:44
male and um basically the book is about the person no it's about the strategies
51:51
that are used so that males don't become
51:59
men and it's a workbook yep the aborted
52:04
male um I haven't really promoted it much whatever the case is cuz I'm
52:11
working on some some some some other things in the space yeah but yeah I wrote a book work
52:17
in progress work in progress yeah that's all it is um keep
52:24
you keep your Ambitions up you make goals and you create and manifest in front of you and then Destiny arrives um
52:31
I'm not a quitter and you can't stop me absolutely that's how I
52:38
feel yeah um is there a final thought you like to share with the
52:43
audience something inspirational what I always ask is what
52:48
is a quote that is yours or somebody else's that you resonate with Woo which
52:55
one all right resonate with Bruce Lee but there's another
53:07
one by the soul and the order and proportion given
53:13
to it and it's Enlightenment to what is wrong and right M truly he succeeds that
53:19
purifies it and he fails that corrupts it the role of man when we think about
53:27
Adam where do we find him in the garden in the garden that's a sign he's working
53:35
he's working so someone said the role of Adam or the role of man
53:43
he's working woman or man the role of man is one of a
53:51
cultivator a cultivator so when we think about our roles in life in community
53:56
community in family in business our natural inclination is to
54:03
cultivate like Adam in the garden Gardens are not wild places no Gardens
54:09
are places purpose purpose people take time for
54:16
cultivation we are cultivators you're a cultivator you got
54:22
family you got business I'm a cultivator to do what I
54:28
we are all cultivators if we spend time cultivating the good then we'll have
54:34
more healing space everywhere yummy
54:41
yummy go like share subscribe we'll see you in the next one come man thank you so much man for
54:48
giving me that opportunity brother [Music]

I have been an entrepreneur since 2018. I come from a regular home just like most people. My dad worked on the roads in the Chicago area for over 30 years. He always taught me to work with my brain, instead of my body. Your body can only take so much abuse. I learned so much from my father. He always pushed me to work smarter and not harder.

I have owned and operated a trucking business for 2 years. I started learning real estate in 2019. Fell into the Data & Skiptracing business in 2020. My partner Anthony & I started Hivemind in 2021.

I have done a ton of different jobs coming up from painting, to door-to-door sales, telemarketing, truck driving, and loading trailers. What I learned most is that I want to stay in the digital business space. The leverage you can have delivering digital products to the marketplace can yield limitless possibilites.

I started The List Guys in 2020. It is a data and skiptracing service. We provide seller and buyers list nationwide. My clients have been getting great results and I am proud to help people killing it.

I started the Hive in 2021 with my partner Anthony Gaona. It is a real estate and business mastermind. It also comes with a all in one CRM, that can host unlimited websites and users.

Starting the Hivemind has been an amazing journey so far. Seeing one of our users make his 6 figure month in June 2021 leveraging our software, I know there will be plenty more to come!

Hi! I am Anthony Gaona.
I’ve been in digital marketing for almost 15 years.I grew up in construction working for my dad when I was only 12 years old. Normally we had a ton of work or no work at all so a lot of my free time was spent learning how to generate leads.

It didn’t take very long for me to master online marketing because I became absolutely obsessed with it. For the last 15 years I’ve been generating construction based leads. At first I was running the projects myself. This led to sub-contracting all of the excess projects and eventually wholesaling the leads off to other construction companies.

One day I was preparing to build a single family residence for myself. In mid December, 2018, a simple YouTube search led me to the term wholesaling and the rest is history. The plan was to use my construction background to start flipping houses. By January 1st of 2019 I launched several marketing campaigns both on and offline for real estate seller leads.

Within about 4-5 weeks I had my first real estate contract locked up. It didn’t take long for me get a land lead where I made almost a full year’s pay on a single transaction. This came from a land lead and that forever changed my life.

I ran low volume larger land deals for the first two years of my real estate career. Like anyone who has been in real estate investing for an extended period of time, I started thinking about scaling my business.

Instead of deciding to vertically integrated and start hiring I imagined a model where I would teach my real estate investing method… Read More
