I guess if I was going to be honest and
0:08
where we are at
0:10
today and the opportunities and the
0:12
technology and you know putting in some
0:14
time this is an everyday effort you know
0:17
if you really want to change your life
0:19
and get that one deal that does change
0:21
your life and it happens every day I see
0:24
it happen every day and people get a
0:26
deal and their life changes immediately
0:28
they change who they are because they
0:30
now believe that life isn't as hard as
0:33
they thought it was but you got to put
0:35
in the work you got to put in the time
0:38
you got to be in there every day even if
0:40
it's one of those busy days where you
0:42
got to only can get in there 10 15 30
0:44
minutes whatever but you got to be in
0:47
there every single day how can a person
0:50
uh like if they're not usually a normal
0:52
schedule maker like if I if I know I
0:54
need to invest 15 minutes a day you
0:56
should just left it there pumping
0:58
questions uh let's say so the person
1:00
needs
1:02
a a way for them to start to uh budget
1:06
that time yeah right like I got a busy
1:08
day I got kids I got a bunch of things
1:09
going on
1:11
um how do I where do I how do I get more
1:15
time uh you sacrifice that's only thing
1:17
I can tell you cuz I know everybody like
1:19
with everything people I don't have time
1:21
to work out it's like it's not that you
1:22
don't have time you don't make time you
1:24
got to make that time and you got to
1:25
sacrifice whether you're watching TV or
1:28
whatever it is you know that those extra
1:30
15 minutes and you can squeeze they're
1:31
always available you just got to find
1:32
them you got to want them to you know
1:34
but but I I work over 40 hours a week I
1:37
got three kids you know just there's a
1:40
lot going on I don't get the help that I
1:41
need from my spouse um so I literally
1:44
have no free time well uh I would
1:47
suggest getting up 15 minutes early if
1:49
you need to really steal those 15
1:51
minutes get up 15 minutes early it's not
1:53
going to kill you I guarantee you're
1:54
actually going to like it cuz you're
1:56
going to find that you find this quiet
1:58
moment where nobody's bothering you and
2:00
you have 15 minutes to do whatever the
2:02
hell you want to do with them and that
2:03
could be for work it could just be just
2:05
to have silence but it goes a long way
2:07
if you start waking up 15 minutes
2:08
earlier you can always find 10 15
2:10
minutes somewhere to squeeze whether you
2:12
have kids whether you work 40 hours a
2:14
week whether you're a full-time mom I
2:16
understand it it's hard to find that
2:17
time but you yourself have to sacrifice
2:19
it make the time get a 15 minutes
2:21
earlier try that for a week two or three
2:23
times a week you'll see that you'll get
2:25
so much done within just those 15
2:27
minutes but you got to schedule it you
2:29
got to you got to make promises to
2:30
yourself too you know you got to make
2:32
sure that you it's what you want to do
2:34
nobody can make you do it and unless you
2:36
really really want to do it you'll get
2:37
up 15 minutes earlier and if you don't
2:39
then you won't you know it's real simple
2:40
nobody can make you you know Chase
2:42
greatness it has to be a part of you I
2:45
love those key points man like hey
2:48
there's a way and maybe yeah if the
2:50
madness starts at 5:30 a.m. get up at
2:53
5:15 M right budget that time if
2:56
somebody tells me they have absolutely
2:57
no time in their day at all they have
2:59
zero time no way I can make this happen
3:01
it's just uh it's just not going to
3:02
happen I just I have zero free time mhm
3:05
what I want from that person is I want
3:07
to audit your time I want you for 7 to
3:09
14 days to write down what you do in
3:12
15-minute blocks so from 7:45 to 8:15 I
3:16
was driving the kids to school like I
3:17
would like to see you document your time
3:19
and you'd be shocked at how much time
3:21
you people waste oh amen yeah take
3:22
inventory of your time for sure yeah
3:25
take inventory of your life in general
3:27
and everything that doesn't add
3:29
happiness
3:30
or financial gains get rid of it cuz
3:33
it's just it's space it's taking up
3:35
space the people the people you talk to
3:38
the music you listen to the things you
3:40
watch on TV all of those things take up
3:42
space in your mind that you really don't
3:44
need and they don't really provide
3:45
anything besides removing you from the
3:47
reality of your life and I understand it
3:49
cuz I love watching movies and I love
3:50
you know just stopping my brain for a
3:52
moment you know but at the same time I
3:55
make time for what's important to me so
3:57
if you really want to do this you really
3:58
want to make some money you really want
4:00
to change your life steal your time
4:02
wherever you can get up early steal it
4:04
from yourself from your sleep whatever
4:06
you know why don't you talk about this
4:08
Mike cuz I think this is something that
4:09
people um grossly
4:12
underestimate is the amount of volume of
4:15
work you have to do to be
4:17
successful um I believe in magic so I
4:20
believe everybody has different levels
4:22
of energy and some people are just
4:24
really good at it and some people have
4:26
to work really really hard to get to a
4:28
second level
4:31
so um
4:33
really if I had to be honest with you I
4:37
would say if you can give 30 minutes a
4:38
day of actually marketing or responding
4:41
to marketing or making phone calls 30
4:43
minutes a day five times a week you'll
4:46
find buyers daily but you have to at
4:50
least 30 minutes man 30 minutes solid
4:52
minutes a marketing a day responding to
4:55
emails calling people code calling
4:57
doesn't matter putting a post on
4:59
Facebook
5:00
5 10 15 minutes a day putting a post on
5:02
Facebook making a real takes a couple
5:05
minutes real simple to do putting
5:06
something on Tik Tock creating an ad
5:09
they all take 3 to four minutes you can
5:11
do three or four of those a day and next
5:12
thing you know you got 10 15 ads you
5:14
have 40 50 messages coming in Daily and
5:17
all you're doing is responding and
5:19
weeding out the bad ones and finding the
5:20
good ones and the ones who are almost
5:21
there teaching them how to get to the
5:23
next step but you have to be in there
5:25
every single day you have to be it has
5:27
to be a part of your life it has to be
5:29
something you want to do cuz if not you
5:30
get bored and you don't make any money
5:32
for two or 3 weeks or 4 weeks or 6 weeks
5:34
or two months and then you get sad and
5:37
you quit n this doesn't work it only
5:40
works if you work period you got to work
5:42
why do people quit why do people quit
5:44
because they don't believe in themselves
5:46
they really they want to believe that
5:47
they're great and they know that they're
5:49
great but at some point they start
5:51
doubting whether or not they are worthy
5:53
of the greatness so they
5:56
quit why how long you been doing this
5:58
because I think a lot of people don't
6:00
understand the time it takes to be
6:01
successful let me tell you something
6:03
about me I was a I was a procrastinator
6:06
and you know I was very good at it and I
6:08
was just kind of sliding through deal to
6:10
next deal to the next deal to the next
6:11
deal for the past 17 years and uh as you
6:14
get older you realize that time is you
6:17
know expensive more expensive every day
6:20
so you start to value your time and
6:22
start realizing well I ain't getting any
6:23
younger I still don't have a million
6:25
dollars in my bank account so I got to
6:27
start moving my ass you know cuz that
6:29
clock is ticking so I'm sorry what was
6:32
the question did I go
6:34
off oh I asked I asked how how long does
6:37
it take to be successful cuz I think you
6:39
have to have you have to work really
6:40
really hard but people don't understand
6:42
the time it takes cuz that's what I was
6:43
thinking about like people think yeah
6:46
I'm going to get rich in a year okay Mr
6:48
belief system what are you doing about
6:50
it real and now they're not
6:51
understanding that you might have to go
6:53
hard for the next 37 months M of getting
6:57
very little to no deals and then all of
6:58
a sudden you're a wiz your master for
7:00
sure yeah I mean I would I would say
7:01
easily two to three years of of solid
7:04
grinding for you to get some real
7:05
success but also at the same time
7:08
there's people who get success in 20
7:09
days 15 days 10 days you said it
7:11
yourself it's 17 years before you got
7:13
the mindset you have now yeah and now
7:15
look at you it it took a lot of
7:16
struggles for sure a lot of uh heartache
7:19
a lot of Tears a lot of depression a lot
7:22
of alcoholism you know we're being
7:24
honest a lot of thinking that we're
7:25
right right we think we're right in
7:27
other people's ways are not and then
7:29
it's just just listen and you open up
7:30
and you're like Dam y that's actually
7:32
great information you know happens
7:34
you stop to think about your life and
7:36
how to fix it and you start fixing it
7:38
and little by little you fix one thing
7:39
then you fix another you fix another you
7:40
fix another and next thing you know
7:42
you're a totally different person and
7:44
then you start valuing your time and
7:45
valuing who you spend your time with and
7:48
who you listen to and who you talk to
7:49
and who you spend time with daily and
7:51
sometimes you're in an environment where
7:53
you can't really control it but you can
7:55
control what happens up here and you can
7:56
limit your time with people if you
7:58
really think about it so find quality
8:01
people spend time with them and just
8:05
freaking keep on going and next thing
8:07
you know you'll be in a different world
8:09
whether it be 12 months 24 months 36
8:11
months at some point you're going to
8:13
wake up with the smile on your face
8:15
wondering holy what just happened
8:17
because there's a bunch of Miracles that
8:19
happen every day but if you don't look
8:22
for happiness and joy you'll never find
8:25
it if you don't look for Financial
8:26
Freedom you'll never find it if you
8:27
don't look for the right people to show
8:29
you the way and give you a step bystep
8:32
process on how to improve your life
8:34
you'll never find it you have to search
8:36
for it you have to look for it you have
8:38
to think about it every single day and
8:40
trust me those people will eventually
8:41
show up in your life hey how about this
8:44
in that in that uh same line of thinking
8:47
why don't you talk about proximity
8:50
proximity mhm like uh like being in
8:53
contact with people that are doing deals
8:55
that are do making the oh hell yeah dude
8:56
100% I mean I never thought I could
8:59
asked to borrow a million dollarss for
9:01
somebody I like there's no no one's
9:02
going to lend me $10 you're
9:03
crazy like you know what I'm saying look
9:05
at me I look like you're
9:06
Gardener you wouldn't lend me $1,000 are
9:08
you kidding me you know like you
9:11
you but what are you doing here giving
9:13
life information what's that like why
9:14
are you doing here giving life
9:15
information well well I mean it's easy
9:18
man I I've I've struggled a lot dude
9:20
I've struggled so much and it was all my
9:22
fault no one else's not my environment
9:24
not my parents not the people I hung
9:26
around with it was me they were my
9:28
choices I chose a struggle and at some
9:31
point I realized that I deserve better
9:33
and I deserve better of myself so I
9:35
started doing better and that's it and
9:38
you're still going to make mistakes
9:39
along the way I made some new ones this
9:42
year I wasn't very happy about but hey
9:43
you know what you get back up and you
9:45
keep going and don't look back either
9:48
you've seen me fall in my face a couple
9:49
of times what do I do he bro just
9:51
get up and keep going that's it
9:54
hey if you need to sit down for a little
9:55
while sit down have a rest but get up
9:57
and keep going it's time we get back up
9:59
you know I tell people when things come
10:01
apart it's not time to uh to slow down
10:03
and think about it and get down on your
10:05
luck cuz that's what I see people do mhm
10:07
uh the correct way to do it is to
10:09
immediately go back to work yeah
10:10
immedately go back to work harder now
10:12
you got to go faster cuz now you got to
10:14
make up for that l so now it's not time
10:16
to slow down like now you better work
10:17
double what you were working MH and and
10:19
and trust me you think oh I make a
10:21
100,000 and I'm fine and that's all I
10:23
ever have to do in my life no you got to
10:24
make another 100,000 and another 100,000
10:27
cuz you find somewhere to spend that and
10:29
you it goes quickly too you know it's
10:32
this isn't just oh I make a million
10:33
dollars and I'm done this is just a game
10:35
you're playing you know what you know
10:36
what I do with my all my cash or what
10:39
what I think is a a good spot for it
10:42
seeds we just I just buy all my money in
10:44
seeds yeah so I'm just planting seeds
10:46
everywhere that's both like for social
10:48
Equity helping people out doing things
10:50
making things happen for other people
10:52
for sure we call it making other people
10:53
ow favors even though we would never
10:55
call them on it sure we just want the
10:56
whole planet to ow us one favor each hey
10:59
you know what it's funny I can think of
11:01
a lot of people that owe me favors cuz
11:03
I've always given my time to people
11:04
never never never asked anything back
11:07
yeah you know like hey if you need help
11:09
and you really want to let's sit down
11:11
let's talk let's put together a plan
11:12
good business model put together a plan
11:14
man and you know what all you got to do
11:15
is show up cuz I'll tell you one thing
11:17
I've been thinking about a lot lately
11:18
and it's one thing for somebody to say I
11:21
love you and it's another thing for them
11:22
to actually show you through actions and
11:25
if you find people who show you through
11:27
actions don't let go of them follow them
11:30
and just keep on improving yourself and
11:32
most importantly teach somebody else
11:33
what they're teaching you cuz that's the
11:35
way this works the more people you help
11:38
the more you're going to help yourself
11:39
the more you're going to advance your
11:40
life so you know it's a gift you got to
11:42
give it away damn another good way to
11:45
put it man that's kind of like MLM
11:46
Central right there that's like what the
11:48
whole business model is based out of
11:49
it's like each one teaches one right mhm
11:51
and then from there I would say find two
11:55
people to replace yourself and make get
11:57
two people better than you and and once
12:00
those two people are better than you
12:02
then they can kind of stand in your
12:03
shoes now and you can go do something
12:04
else or work on a different part of your
12:06
business or maybe strategizing whatever
12:09
your strength is MHM so you know like
12:11
this you and Daniel you know Finding you
12:12
and Daniel you and Kyle Daniel and Kyle
12:15
like I have a bunch of those now of
12:17
little these little pockets of people
12:18
that are going to be so so successful
12:20
that it's going to be blinding and
12:21
there's a lot of them now yeah so uh it
12:24
makes me feel very happy about what
12:25
we're doing in and it's not it's
12:28
impossible the guru model goes hey buy
12:30
my product and for $100,000 and I sell
12:33
10 of them I made 10
12:35
million okay but did anybody do deals
12:38
right that's what I want to know first
12:39
and foremost that do we make money doing
12:41
deals yeah that's my first question
12:43
that's why I don't like the guru stuff
12:44
and the packages and the the thing we
12:46
refunded somebody on that bought a high
12:47
ticket recently I don't want that guy's
12:49
money at all cuz I don't want have to
12:50
answer that guy's phone call yeah I
12:51
don't need your Guru money get take that
12:53
and get out of here I'm doing deals
12:54
right now mhm and I think that's
12:57
something that we all don't appreciate
12:58
is that we're fing we're doing a lot man
13:01
we are doing the
13:02
most I think uh a lot of people get
13:04
caught up on self-doubt like even us too
13:06
like we were working ours is off every
13:08
day and I told you that day was like how
13:10
can we increase sales and I was like
13:11
well the only way to increase sales
13:12
today that I can think of is to find
13:15
somebody who's a better sales trainer
13:16
than I am and put them in there you know
13:19
what I'm saying
13:20
like it's just build on that you know
13:22
helping people take the next step I
13:25
always wanted to make a video called why
13:27
everybody should be a guru okay maybe
13:29
I'm going to talk about it right
13:31
now I want to shoot a video called uh
13:34
why everyone should be a guru

Hi! I am Anthony Gaona.
I’ve been in digital marketing for almost 15 years.I grew up in construction working for my dad when I was only 12 years old. Normally we had a ton of work or no work at all so a lot of my free time was spent learning how to generate leads.

It didn’t take very long for me to master online marketing because I became absolutely obsessed with it. For the last 15 years I’ve been generating construction based leads. At first I was running the projects myself. This led to sub-contracting all of the excess projects and eventually wholesaling the leads off to other construction companies.

One day I was preparing to build a single family residence for myself. In mid December, 2018, a simple YouTube search led me to the term wholesaling and the rest is history. The plan was to use my construction background to start flipping houses. By January 1st of 2019 I launched several marketing campaigns both on and offline for real estate seller leads.

Within about 4-5 weeks I had my first real estate contract locked up. It didn’t take long for me get a land lead where I made almost a full year’s pay on a single transaction. This came from a land lead and that forever changed my life.

I have been an entrepreneur since 2018. I come from a regular home just like most people. My dad worked on the roads in the Chicago area for over 30 years. He always taught me to work with my brain, instead of my body. Your body can only take so much abuse. I learned so much from my father. He always pushed me to work smarter and not harder.

I have owned and operated a trucking business for 2 years. I started learning real estate in 2019. Fell into the Data & Skiptracing business in 2020. My partner Anthony & I started Hivemind in 2021.

I have done a ton of different jobs coming up from painting, to door-to-door sales, telemarketing, truck driving, and loading trailers. What I learned most is that I want to stay in the digital business space. The leverage you can have delivering digital products to the marketplace can yield limitless possibilites.

I started The List Guys in 2020. It is a data and skiptracing service. We provide seller and buyers list nationwide. My clients have been getting great results and I am proud to help people killing it.

I started the Hive in 2021 with my partner Anthony Gaona. It is a real estate and business mastermind. It also comes with a all in one CRM, that can host unlimited websites and users.

Starting the Hivemind has been an amazing journey so far. Seeing one of our users make his 6 figure month in June 2021 leveraging our software, I know there will be plenty more to come!
