I want to talk about why I think
everybody everybody should be a guru
okay what is what is a
guru I think is a expert who educates I
say a master to me I hear Guru and I
think Master right that's what you think
of like an ancient Chinese Master like
you know I mean like medit like a know
all see all yeah right and then now what
it evolved to is uh it was a tag name

for like people who sell products and
services you know for profit again and
we have our own products and services a
lot of guys do um I think products and
services are are just fine it's funny
for people to uh to make fun of it
because um all it is is it's a ticket to
get into the front door that's all it is
so hey we have a Daniel and myself we
have a call that is you talk to us for
an hour it's a, bucks and we want to
either eliminate it or just raise the
price on it because it's I don't want to
uh make $1,000 Dollar in exchange for an
hour it's not really that much that
worth it to me so we're going to bump
the price up on that again um but again
it's just about access eventually when
you when all your minutes are sold when
you have no more time left in a day you
have to rely on the people around you
right it's only way to manage your time
and your energy so uh if somebody tries
to give you money to talk to you or or
to go get in your business or to take up
an hour of your day you're asking me for
a very significant investment of my time
right and I'm okay with it because I
help a lot of people and I don't charge
them anything but the people that are
willing to uh give you a pile of cash
for you to teach them and work with them
that's a different kind of client and
know it leads to different opportunities
right so so a a guy that says hey I'm
not going to pay 15,000 because that's
expensive and you're a ripoff um that's
not the guy you want around you anyway
the guy that does come in and hands you
$50,000 and says hey I want to talk
about land hey you don't say right d
just gave you $50,000 check then we'll
bend over backwards for right we'll give
you our own deals so you can do deals
and make money if you know it's
different client ta but that's how you
attract a $500 million do guy you know
a100 million do guy just by having that
that fence up like hey I'm not going to
I know again we help everybody for
nothing so I'm not trying to say that we
won't help people that don't pay us but
if they want to work hand inand with you
they're asking for a very significant
investment of your time so and if they
lead the conversation well here's a
check for $50,000 that's a that's a kind
of a person that you want to work with
so you don't have to sell 42 Guru
courses in a month you know for 10 grand
just sell one for like 100,000 you know
or one for 250,000 and then the people
that come through the door are going to
be the people you were you were looking
for anyway and you don't have 50
students blowing up your phone and it

you stuff so the reason everybody should
be a guru right in the funny sense now
is because um if you're not teaching
other people how you're having success
in life to me you're trash straight
trash if you're having success in life
and you have this cool secret and you
see all these people around you
suffering and you're not sharing it
you're trash to me I would never be your
friend if you if you know something in
business that that would make other
families have money and make money and
be successful and you're not sharing it
openly and publicly then I might not
want to sit at dinner with you you know
so I say everybody should be a guru
because we should all be teaching other
people how how to be successful and how
to have better lives and how to get
ourselves healthy in our minds and our
bodies and if you have good information
about health you're not sharing it
you're kind of an
that's the kind of information
that should not be squandered anymore
with you know at this time how fast we
can exchange information you could bless
a lot of people's lives it doesn't cost
you crap it cost you cutting on a
YouTube camera and talking about it for
30 minutes and that's the world I'm
trying to exist in and I happen to find
myself in beautiful Canta Rosa
California at a water fasting retreat
with two of my best friends and my
business partners that I care about
their health and their energy and their
family's time and energy and uh you know
they're doing a 7-Day water Fest it just
seems like we we owe it to ourselves now
and to our our money lenders and our
partners and our property sellers to to
get our bodies healthy and our minds
healthy and sharp to make sure that we
make amazing decisions on everybody's
behalf because that's how we're doing
we're captaining the ship so I think

we're doing I think it's amazing um and
now yeah teach other people you my
cousin made like nine grand in her first
check you know I mean or something like
that so she's on another good run too
right now I'm telling you bro and how
would she ever have learned this if we
just didn't connect yeah morning morning
yeah yeah so one thing one thing I want
to say is that there's a lot of people
that think gur information isn't
valuable and I think everybody has
something of value to bring to the table
I think I don't know what price point
makes sense to them because I don't know
how they run their business but I think
when you when you have something of
value and everybody has something of
value you have to find that and unlock
it

I agree man so we share the information
for free so you don't have to buy
nothing from us right so that's how what
I mean by being a guru like you don't
have to have paid products and services
if you don't want to but I mean the
teaching part if you have Mastery in
something amazing teach other people
it'll change somebody's life that you
had no intention in changing that
person's life and then now guess what
all the people you know that you're
closest to are starting to have some
kind of moderate level of success yeah
and now you've piece together this big
giant puzzle even if they never do
business with us but there's somebody
out there they making their own little
PODS of of Hive Minds
and uh teaching people their cousins
their friends their neighbors how to
make nice paychecks that would they're
not realistic in in normal us societ hey

I started the Hive in 2021 with my partner Anthony Gaona. It is a real estate and business mastermind. It also comes with a all in one CRM, that can host unlimited websites and users.

Hi! I am Anthony Gaona.
I’ve been in digital marketing for almost 15 years.I grew up in construction working for my dad when I was only 12 years old. Normally we had a ton of work or no work at all so a lot of my free time was spent learning how to generate leads.

It didn’t take very long for me to master online marketing because I became absolutely obsessed with it. For the last 15 years I’ve been generating construction based leads. At first I was running the projects myself. This led to sub-contracting all of the excess projects and eventually wholesaling the leads off to other construction companies.

One day I was preparing to build a single family residence for myself. In mid December, 2018, a simple YouTube search led me to the term wholesaling and the rest is history. The plan was to use my construction background to start flipping houses. By January 1st of 2019 I launched several marketing campaigns both on and offline for real estate seller leads.

Within about 4-5 weeks I had my first real estate contract locked up. It didn’t take long for me get a land lead where I made almost a full year’s pay on a single transaction. This came from a land lead and that forever changed my life.

I ran low volume larger land deals for the first two years of my real estate career. Like anyone who has been in real estate investing for an extended period of time, I started thinking about scaling my business.
