Martinez today we have a special
returning guest Mr Logan hasket out of
toel Oklahoma if you have not seen the

about life business multif family
starting a business we didn't even talk
about drug dealing but he's a drug
dealer in his 20s but I don't know you
have to listen to other interviews about
that because I didn't cover that but he
did mention it I'm not going to dig into
it and he's laughing behind the screen
because this is so funny now we talk
about life business and fatherhood and
all the good stuff that you want to know
so Logan thanks for coming back yes sir
today we covered deal breakdown which
called cool which is cool interesting
stories in real estate or business or
life in general and I I know you got a
couple stories for us so what do you got
for us first and sorry he's he changed
he's no longer a drug dealer he's a
chang man he used those efforts for good
and yes is now changing the world in
Tulsa Oklahoma yes yes yeah so yeah no
that was when I was H A minor just so
everyone realizes I've got I've actually
got a clean record so that's that's good
news but uh I can edit that out if you
want no no I don't care we're good I'm
I'm open dude I'm open I don't care
people know okay it it is on your
Twitter bio so exactly yeah I don't hide
it but yeah dude I mean [ __ ] I've got a
couple crazy crazy crazy stories if uh
if you want me to share I like crazy
stories crazy stories are always good
let's let's go all right all right let's
do it so okay so I bought a
quadplex and it was in a in a little bit
rougher part of town but actually it was
in one of the areas that I primarily Buy
in because I saw I saw the growth map
and I was right by the way and now
everyone wishes that they bought [ __ ]
back then but uh so bu this quadplex and
it was a [ __ ] disaster first of all
just getting the deal closed was a
disaster it was a wholesaler out of
California he was being a real pain in
the ass the whole entire time and didn't
really think it was even gonna happen
but it eventually did and
so got it closed and I mean this place
some of the units were just
absolutely trash like with people living
in them by the way like I'm talking like
dog [ __ ] on the floor
you know like graffiti on the walls
inside of the apartments like or the
units and it was just it was just a mess
and so obviously we wanted to get rid of
those tenets and prove the property so
we started sending out you know 30-day
notices because luckily none of them
were on an actual lease and they were
all month-to month and basically
whenever we sent out the the 30 days I
mean just all hell started to break
loose because that's when tensions start
to rise and so we had so the the
quadplex is a single story so it's just
unit unit unit unit all right next to
each other and so the people
on one side did not like each other it
was a there was a crazy Russian dude and
then there was meth heads right next to
him and so so the meth heads were doing
what meth heads do and they were up all
night you know blaring music smoking
meth and and being super loud and and
all those sort of activities were going
on
so the Russian dude was getting pissed
and you know obviously voicing his
opinion to them and but anyway so one
night the Russian dude had [ __ ] had
it so he just started he went over there
and was like you know freaking and turn
your [ __ ] music down and and you know
telling them to shut up and and leave
him alone and let him go to sleep well
the meth heads started to [ __ ] with him
then and they were you know banging on
the door cranking up the music louder
all this this sort of stuff to kind of
get after this
guy well the altercation ends up on the
Russian dude's front porch okay and I
don't they're yelling back and forth at
each other whatever well the Russian
dude just [ __ ] pulls out a gun and
shoots the dude in the head on his front
porch
no yeah but that it's not even that's
not even the crazy part surprisingly so
anyways this dude lives with his
girlfriend right next to the Russian guy
so obviously the girlfriend's freaking
out you know calling the cops all that
good stuff well so the Russian dude gets
in an eight hour standof with the police
and it it ended up being like the SWAT
team like the SWAT team rolled up a tank
onto the
property and according to the police
they they were getting closer and kind
of having conversation with him and they
ended up having to throw in tear gas
into the
unit and actually the Russian guy
franked his shower all the way to cold
got in and then blew his own brains
out and uh so yeah that was an
interesting phone call at uh at 2 a.m.
to
receive
and yeah and from then I
mean I basically like we've had it's not
like this anymore by the way we
completely renovated the property and
there's you know good families in in the
units now but back then after he died I
mean we we were like removing we're
having the city remove graffiti from
from the street for like weeks because
people kept spray painting you know like
R in peace and you know like fair enough
but the whole situation was just totally
and then like getting the all the
tenants out was just such a [ __ ]
nightmare especially with all that
situation going on you know I mean it
was
uh it was one of the uh yeah most
interesting deals that I've ever bought
and you know if you go ask any Tulsa
Police Department like the infamous
quadplex story they'll know exactly what
what you're talking about so I was going
to make a joke earlier about I'm sure
I've seen this video on YouTube but I'm
sure it's probably a video on YouTube
this is crazy this this is I'm sure you
can find it yeah this is insane that's
literally insane I did not expect that
to go that
way holy crap meet the landlord of that
property still still own it today
oh my God that is insane that is by far
the most insane story I've heard on Deal
breakdown since we started this this
little segment hey I'll take I'll take
the crown I'll take the crown yeah take
the crown I don't think anybody's gonna
top that one and if I if somebody does I
will let you know
yeah because I'll have to come back for
round two and beat him out again with
something even crazier oh my God that is
insane that is I don't even know what to
say I I
feel I I don't even know that's that's
literally the craziest story I've ever
heard in my life
yeah I legit like thank you like yeah
yeah absolutely that's that's literally
insane for everybody here go follow
